Week results in the project "Duyunov's motors"

A milestone event not only for this week, but also for the last six months: the state expert review has been successfully passed! "SovElMash" overcame the last major obstacle to the construction start of the design and engineering department.

On May 18, the Moscow city expert panel issued a positive review report based on the results of checking the project documentation and engineering surveys for the innovative center. The corresponding document was submitted to "SovElMash", and information about it can also be found on the state register website.

The participants of the project "Duyunov's motors" had waited for this event for almost 5 months. The team of "SovElMash" did everything possible to speed up the examination process, although it was not easy, taking into consideration the pandemic as well as the scope and complexity of the project. Getting the expert review report was a consistent result of a whole year of work on the project documentation for the innovative center.

The significance of this event for the company "SovElMash" and the project "Duyunov's motors" is great:
- now the company has a well elaborated and thoroughly examined project thanks to which construction of the innovative center remains a matter of time and technology,
- the company has strengthened its reputation as an enterprise that acts in compliance with the law and can be trusted by investors,
- the company's team has gained crucial experience in preparing project documentation and undergoing the expert review procedure.


Immediately after the completion of the state expert review, "SovElMash" initiated the procedure of the contract termination with the general contractor, the Czech company BLOCK. The main reason is violations in the quality and timing of preparing the project documentation. Serious errors made by BLOCK resulted in state expert review taking more time.

Termination of the contract with BLOCK will not affect the construction time: the project documentation will remain the same, and a new general contractor has already been found, and the contract is being prepared for signing.
