The construction schedule and new general contractor: the latest information from "SovElMash"

Dmitriy Duyunov reported some important news in an interview to Alexander Sudarev. The viewers of the webinar that took place on August 25 were the first ones to learn about it.

The new general contractor for the innovative center construction is the Russian company HAKA MOSCOW, and the subcontractor is OOO "Astron Buildings".

The preliminary schedule for the implementation and funding of the project has been drawn up to guide the construction activities. To recap, the work on building the construction camp, connecting the utilities and making washing points for the equipment is underway on the "SovElMash" site in "Technopolis "Moscow" . To start with the other tasks, such as forest clearing or constructing the innovative center building, you need to get the construction permit, and this process has not been completed yet.
The object commissioning is planned for the first half of 2022.

We would like to note that the schedule presented to the investors is a simplified version of a more detailed "road map" of the project. Besides, it is preliminary, and in case the external circumstances change, it will be adjusted. But "SovElMash" will use their best efforts to complete the construction and commissioning of the design and engineering department in due time. To do this, the planning and economic development department has been shaped and is starting its activity in the company. It will maintain strict control over the project funding, monitor the implementation of the technical part and meeting the construction schedule dates.
