Landscaping and commissioning: new video from the "Sovelmash" construction site
The construction of the "Sovelmash" design and engineering technology department is in full swing. Work is underway both inside and outside the building, aided by good weather and the support from the investors.
• The landscaping of the area outside the "Sovelmash" site, where the utility lines have previously been installed, is nearing completion. The kerbs and lawn pavement have been restored.
• Earthwork continues at the D&E site. The heating pipe trays are being installed and all the utilities are being looped in. Soon the backfilling of the excavated areas with sand will begin.
• The engineering networks inside the building are being installed. The wires are being placed in special trays.
• The finishing work is being carried out on the flights of stairs. Tiling is being done and preparations are underway to paint the walls.
• Preparations are underway to install the elevators.
• The commissioning and start-up of the equipment, in particular the induction motor production line, is in progress.
