What is verification?

This is the procedure of identity verification, when the project participants confirm their personal details with documents.

Is the verification procedure compulsory for the project participants?

No. To become the project participant and investor, you only need to register in the back office. However, without verification, very important benefits of participating in the project are not available.

Why does the project participant need to get verified?

In order to make a profit from investments and partner business. Only those project participants who have completed verification can document the purchased investment shares in their name, subsequently exchange them for the shares of "Sovelmash" and make a profit, as well as fully participate in SOLARGROUP's partner business.

There is one more important reason to get verified! Namely, to save the gift investment shares credited as part of the "Gift to a friend" option.

The giftee must pass verification within 30 days after registration in the back office, otherwise the investment shares will be cancelled.

How do I know if I'm verified?

The up-to-date information about the current verification status is available on your profile page in the back office.

Can I invest without verification?

The project participants can pay for investment shares in the back office without passing verification. However, they will not be able to document their ownership until they get verified.

How do I pass verification?

The identity verification procedure is carried out in the "Profile" section of the project's back office. You will need a document that confirms your personal details (name, date and place of birth, residence and registration address, etc.). After successful completion of the procedure, as well as in case of non-completion, you will receive a notification in the back office and by email.

Are there any difficulties with verification?

The procedure itself is simple and will not take you much time. The main thing is to follow the instructions carefully.

What should I pay special attention to?

Data accuracy. The most important thing is consistency of all the details entered in the form with what is specified in the documents. Make sure that each letter and number is entered correctly and in the correct case.

If the uploaded ID document shows an incomplete date of birth, upload another document to clarify the date of birth or to confirm that the incomplete date is correct.

If the date of birth is equally incomplete in all the uploaded documents, enter the following instead of the missing data in the verification form:
- number 1 in the "Day" field, if the day of birth is unknown;
- the word "January", if the month of birth is unknown.

The validity period of the document. All documents used for verification must be up-to-date! If the validity period of the document is not specified, you need to upload a document issued no more than 3 months ago.

The language of the document. If the documents uploaded for verification are not written in the Cyrillic or Latin script, then you must additionally attach a notarized translation of the document into English.

Document image quality. You can upload scans or photos of your ID card. In this case, the images must be:
- in color,
- taken from the original, not from a copy of the document;
- of good quality and high definition;
- with no trace of editing,
- contain the entire document, that is, all the edges and the number of the document must be visible.
All details must be clearly visible in the photo and must match the details specified on the verification page!

What should I do if the details have been entered incorrectly or changed after verification?

In this case, it is necessary to re-verify following the same procedure as the initial one. After successful verification, information about the confirmation or change of personal details is documented as an appendix to the main investment agreement.
