Updated back office
The year 2022 began with a redesign of the back office and website. Our specialists installed the most advanced engine, used by such companies as Google and Amazon. It made the platform as fast, secure and functional as possible.
In a year we were able to launch and test a completely new type of back office, now it is a website application.
In 2023, we will continue to enhance the back office. It is planned to implement the services that you asked us about, to make interaction between investors and the company easier and more efficient.
The updated back office gives new opportunities for launching an internal exchange. There are plans to work on that, too.
Mobile application
In 2022 SOLARGROUP launched a test version of the mobile application. The Apple and Google stores rated it well, placing the app in the media category such as CNBC and the New York Times.
Payment options
The IT team worked a lot with commissions and payment options, including cryptocurrency. We developed our own cryptocurrency gateway, that would allow investors to pay in cryptocurrency with the lowest commission. This product will be launched in early 2023.
Team efficiency
We made the SOLARGROUP team's performance more efficient. We switched to new task and project management software. We introduced a new system of interaction with technical support. We enhanced the IT team's professionalism.
