New electric motor with "Slavyanka" by ASPP Weihai

Once again, good news from China from the partner of "Sovelmash" Victor Arestov. A new motor has been developed on the basis of the DA-95S combined winding motor. 

Its stator is almost 1.5 times shorter.

The weight is 11 kg.

The maximum efficiency is 90.6%. This is slightly lower than that of DA-90S. But at 4,000 rpm the motor produces 20 Nm, and the DA-90S shows 10 Nm at this rpm.

The rated motor power is 3.2 kW. During the tests, the battery current did not exceed 140 A. 

According to Victor Arestov, "the plant itself compares these motors with their magnetic motor counterpart, whose production is 50% more expensive than of this one, but ours has 1% higher efficiency and almost 3 kW more in peak power."

To compare, at 4,000 rpm, the torque of the BLDC motor reaches only 14.8 Nm. That is, the motor with "Slavyanka" outperforms its magnetic counterpart in efficiency, power, and speed, and is 50% cheaper in price.

Victor Arestov notes that the motor is very fast. The "Slavyanka" technology has once again confirmed its substantial superiority over its traditional counterparts!
