What has the money of the "Sovelmash" investors been spent on?
In 2017, it was decided to develop the project and attract investment by means of crowdinvesting - collective funding.
Where did the investors' money raised in the project go?
According to the accounting records, what part of the invested funds was spent on the D&E construction? How much money has been spent to implement the developments that will later be put into production? Are the same funds used to create the process equipment? What is this amount? What is the difference between the "Sovelmash" company's development costs and the potential profit from selling the developed products?

The D&E construction started in 2020, so what has been done since then?
WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE:
• the building frame has been built,
• the roofing work is almost done,
• the most time-consuming work with the building envelopes is virtually done,
• frames for the installation of glazing units for the bay window of the D&E have been mounted,
• all the staircases and elevator shafts have been completed,
• the interfloor slab maps have been cast,
• concrete footing of axes 17 to 23 has been completed,
• backfill with sand has been performed for axes 1 to 17.
In other words, it can be stated that the main scope of work on the D&E construction has been completed:
• all the process equipment required for the first stage, as well as for the state committee inspection, has been purchased,
• engineering equipment, transformers and equipment for climate control in the building have been purchased,
• material for interior work with the partitions has been purchased,
• the payment for the material used for the new partitions added to the project has been made,
• the partitions on the third floor are almost finished: baseboards are in place, the slats have been installed, and the glazing is almost complete in the building.
It is important to note that the costs of the D&E construction are minimal as compared to other construction projects in the Russian Federation. And this is so primarily thanks to the professional and competent work of the "Sovelmash" team, which is focused on achieving the goal.
WHAT LIES IN STORE:
• to perform a large amount of work on engineering systems,
• to complete concrete footing for axes 1 to 17, after which concrete construction can be performed on the first floor of the building,
• to install heating equipment, transformers, switchboards, etc,
• to purchase a pumping unit for the circulation of coolants, water, etc., everything that relates to the internal engineering systems,
• to purchase elevators,
• to make boxes for air distribution,
• to purchase power supply components,
• to perform finishing work on the third-level floor, mount partitions on the first floor,
• to perform vertical leveling,
• to do landscaping, road paving, and more.
