Astron: learn more about the construction subcontractor for "SovElMash" D&E

We continue introducing the project investors to the construction process details of the "SovElMash" design and engineering technology department (D3333E). The work is underway not only on the construction site, but also at the Astron plant in Yaroslavl where the metal frame for the building is produced.

The D3333E construction subcontractor is a European leader in the production and installation of complete prefabricated steel buildings. The company has been on the international and Russian markets for 58 and 26 years respectively.

Astron implements completely different projects: logistics terminals, production workshops, business centers, shopping and sports complexes, agricultural buildings and museums. During the company's work in Russia and the CIS, it has completed more than 1,000 projects, almost 700 of them have been designed and produced at the plant in Yaroslavl. Astron's customers include some major brands: Gazprom, Yandex, Oriflame, Lukoil, Beeline, Knauf, Komatsu, Takeda.

The important criteria for choosing a subcontractor were reliability, a state-of-the-art approach to the production of metal structures, and fast frame assembly. Each element arrives at the construction site in a state of high operational readiness: welding, cutting and drilling of metal structures are carried out directly in-plant, and all parts of the building fit together like parts of a Meccano set. The bolted assembly technology provides fast installation of the building, whereas installing classic metal structures makes the need for some adjustments on the construction site inevitable .

Thus, Astron products will enable building the "SovElMash" design and engineering technology department on time and reducing the costs of construction and installation works.
Some of the metal structures for D3333E are already ready. After completion of production, the frame will be delivered to the construction site, where its installation will start.
