Last week brought a historic milestone for Sovelmash and for aviation! The Motylek super-heavy-class drone demonstrated stable flight. This is the first quadcopter in history with an asynchronous drive. Engineers will continue fine-tuning the drone, and the company is preparing for serial production of the product.
The manufacture of parts for angle grinders continued, with serial production expected at the end of May.
At Sovelmash, a controller for the heaters of a hot runner mold for molding Angle grinder impellers was manufactured. It was installed and is ready for operation.
The manufacturing of bushings for a size 305 aviation engine was in progress.
