At the DETB, the improvement of production chains continued.
Some of them:
• tooling for casting the squirrel-cage rotor of an angle grinder was installed on the casting machine,
• work progressed on the next batch of rotors for electric motors.
While awaiting the commissioning permit, the company is not wasting time or money but is fine-tuning process chains to make its work as efficient as possible.
Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Academician, and Chief Designer of Roselprom, Lev Makarov, visited the DETB of Sovelmash. He officially acknowledged the contribution of Sovelmash, and of Dmitry Duyunov personally, to the development of technologies and innovation. He was amazed that an enterprise of such a high caliber exists in Russia.
