Why and how do I order hardcopy versions of the documents?

In the back office, you can order hard copies of investor and partner documents, stamped and signed by the head of SOLARGROUP. They have the same legal status as electronic ones. This is an opportunity to have your documents backed up and to demonstrate your status in the project.

The documents will be delivered by courier and handed to you personally. You will get a personalised thank-you letter in the package. It will feature a unique promo code that gives you a 5% discount on your first payment when purchasing a new investment package. The promo code is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of sending the documents.

What documents can be ordered?

Available to order:

• the investment agreement and a number of appendices thereto, including certificates for the purchased shares;
• the partnership agreement;
• the partner status certificate;
• Club 100 and Club 1000 membership certificates if you are a member of one of the Clubs.

Besides, the SOLARGROUP qualified speaker certificate is now available. If you have completed the corresponding assessment, you can get a hardcopy version of the e-certificate.

How do I order the documents?

• Go to your profile in the back office, open the "Documents" section, "Delivery" tab. Or follow the link.
• Select the documents you would like to order and follow further instructions.
• You can find out the status of your request and get a tracking code in the " History of Orders" tab.

How much does it cost to order documents?


The cost of this service includes the labour fee of the specialist who prepares the documents and courier delivery charges. It depends on your place of residence and will be displayed when forming your request.
