Successful companies are made up of successful people | Story of SOLARGROUP partner Razack Nassirou Adjidje

My name is Razack Nassirou Adjidje. I live in Benin, in the city of Cotonou.

I have a master's degree in English from the University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin. And I currently work as a secondary school English teacher, teaching part-time.

In 2015, I worked as a bilingual assistant at a private university in Benin, Houdegbe North America University Benin (HNAUB). At the time I earned 180,000 CFA francs, which is about $ 300. My income wasn't bad, I spent six to eight months feeling secure while working at the University, not worrying about money because I got my paycheck on time. Back then I was very enthusiastic and satisfied with my work, but unfortunately the company went bankrupt. I had to go through a rough patch from late 2015 to 2018.

In October 2018, a friend of mine, almost a brother, who I had brought into other projects myself, introduced me to SOLARGROUP. During that period, I was very discouraged, depressed and endlessly frustrated, unsuccessfully looking for a job. I wanted to find business options where I could earn a passive income. After getting to know the company, I carefully analyzed all the information about the project "Duyunov's motors" and SOLARGROUP, and then I decided to participate. The decision was not easy for me, because I really didn't have the money to invest.

I saw that it was a noble, innovative and environmentally friendly project that could save the planet from the pollution we now suffer from. I really liked SOLARGROUP's mission because technological development is gaining momentum every day, and preserving the planet is the most relevant course of action.

Here I met people who have the same views as I do, unlike other people with negative ideas that I often meet. I have learned a lot from every person I've met at SOLARGROUP, I always enjoy communicating with a new partner because each person knows something that I don't. Every time I meet a new person, I have a unique opportunity to learn something new or share ideas. Using the information and key concepts I get at the company, it's easy for me to explain the essence of the project and tell people about its importance and the benefits that this technology can provide in the future.

I signed the partnership agreement with SOLARGROUP on January 13, 2019. My goal was to implement the marketing plan, as I was impressed by the opportunity to earn partner remuneration. It wasn't a hard decision to make; I had participated in other long-term investment projects before. I had plenty of time to follow webinars hosted by Gilles Weber, and YouTube videos posted by SOLARGROUP. I read all the information in the back office, especially the "SOLARGROUP News" section, and it benefited me a lot. I realized that if I seriously engage in partnership activities, I would not need to look for a full-time job, I could support myself with the money I would earn in SOLARGROUP.

In Benin, people engaged in partner business are looked upon as strange; but I have goals to achieve, so the opinion of friends and family did not influence me or slow down my decision. For me, the fact that I don't really know most of the people who work with me at SOLARGROUP is somewhat worse. For example, here is the dialogue between me and my partner.

Luc: Good afternoon, Nassirou.

Nassirou: Hello, leader.

Luc: What conference will be held in Cotonou in early June?

Nassirou: Nothing is planned for the moment.

Luc: Let me know as soon as you have exact information about the meeting.

Nassirou: Okay, how many people are you bringing?

Luc: I'll be there alone. I just want to remind myself of a number of things about the project that I have already forgotten.

Nassirou: Hmm, don't come alone.

Luc: My dear, people don't want to understand the language of investing in shares. That's why I wouldn't want to waste my time inviting anyone. They are ready to earn, but not ready to make the decision to invest.

This is how we live in Benin.

When I joined SOLARGROUP, I immediately set myself the task of expanding the circle of investors and raising my partner status as soon as possible. I began to spread information about the project in social media, I had groups in WhatsApp and Telegram, where I posted almost all the project news. I helped partners to pass the verification in the back office. If it was possible, I even helped them to replenish their accounts.

The only mistake I made was not starting my first investment as early as possible, I missed one step and I still regret it. In addition, I finally realized that I needed patience to manage my partner structure. Each partner's understanding of the project is different, and it takes a lot of patience to get the point across.

I got my first results after a few months, when I managed to convince several investors to purchase investment packages. I paid for my first $ 500 package in installments with an earned referral remuneration.

My mentor helped me understand from the beginning of my registration how to make transactions in the back office.

I achieved my first results thanks to two active partners of my team; they accompanied me all the way through my participation in the partner program.

I like dedicating my time to those who match my views, especially those who like to learn and share ideas. Mamadou Adimi and Abdoul Kohars Amoussa helped me achieve my current status, and I myself helped a third partner achieve the "Master" status, which allowed me to get the "Expert" status. I achieved this status a year ago during the "Partner Race" promotion in June 2021.

Here in Benin, it is very difficult to find good investors. People don't like venture capital projects, they prefer short-term projects where they can start making money right away. But, unfortunately, such companies quickly disappear. Moreover, local people are really allergic to the phrase "Partner Business," they don't even want to try to analyze a marketing plan. However, no obstacles can stop someone who is really determined, so difficulties do not discourage me.

I share the company's principles: mutual respect and a job well done. I prefer a mutually beneficial partnership. For example, there are people who come to me and offer to participate in their online businesses, but don't want to work with me for SOLARGROUP.

I work constantly, every day, to succeed. I like managing my time and working at ease, I believe that with SOLARGROUP it is possible.

SOLARGROUP is the only sustainable company that allows people to earn passive income through a partner program that you should definitely participate in. Also, I'm always looking for strategies to make more progress in this business.

Now the work continues, I'm expanding the partner structure in depth, helping partners achieve maximum statuses. It's not enough to just line up new partners on the first level if you want to change your status. I tell new people who have just joined the project: you have to act, persevere for as long as you have the energy, and then you will be astonished at the results. Don't underestimate yourself! Whoever gives up never wins, only those who never give up win. If I had given up, I wouldn't be able to write my story now.

For me, SOLARGROUP is another school where we all learn, improve, acquire new skills and develop. If you follow all the rules, the results will be positive. Whether you are already successful or are just planning to join the ranks of the chosen ones, you should look for people who are more successful in their field than you are. These people will help you grow. Being their friend is very difficult, but in order to grow in life, you have to take care of those who are much more successful than you are. I am inspired by the results of successful people in SOLARGROUP, especially the national partners, those who have already succeeded in network marketing, despite the obstacles. There is a saying: "Successful companies are made up of successful people, which means that successful people create successful companies." To me, it's about SOLARGROUP being created by successful people! From the beginning and up to now, step by step, the development of the project has been proving it. Everything that has been accomplished is a result that will be etched in history forever.

SOLARGROUP is a great source of passive, additional income, new opportunities and prospects; I really appreciate all the working materials that are provided to partners to promote the project. Simplicity, ease of participation in the partner program and financial support of the project - this is another big advantage.

I am very grateful to SOLARGROUP for the opportunity to participate, support and contribute to the implementation of a wonderful technology that mankind needs.

I am grateful to all the active partners in my structure for the rapport, support and patience they show!
