Vacuum casting technology by "Sovelmash" in action

Over the past few months, the "Sovelmash" specialists have been working on developing the flow processes for vacuum aluminum die casting. The short-circuited rotors for embedded motors designed for household appliances and hand-held power tools, including angle grinders (UShM), were cast.

Thanks to the casting technology used at "Sovelmash", it was possible to obtain high-quality products that do not contain oxide inclusions. This means that the final products, which are to include a motor by "Sovelmash", will have excellent end-user performance.

The task was not just to cast the rotors, the benchmark was the optimal price-quality ratio.
