What costs have been successfully optimised and what new tasks are the construction workers preparing for?
Alexander Sudarev speaks about the construction progress for the design and engineering technology department.
• The installation of utilities on the right and left side of the building is nearing completion. The wells are in place and are now being finished with concrete. The construction workers are preparing to install the grounding and lightning protection, and to bring in telecommunication networks.
• The construction camp trailers are being relocated. The construction management headquarters is moving inside the D&E building.
• The parking area outside the "Sovelmash" construction site, where the water supply was previously tapped, has been fully restored.
• The elevator shafts have been prepared for mounting the elevators.
• The installation of the interior plasterboard partition walls is nearing completion.
• Finishing work continues on the flights of stairs.
• The equipment is being debugged in the laboratory and in other working areas.
• The doors and chiller for the casting shop have been delivered to the site.
