New developments and promotion of the "Slavyanka" technology: 2022 results from Victor Arestov
In 2022, much has been done to promote the "Slavyanka" technology and "Sovelmash" worldwide. The partner of "Sovelmash" and head of ASPP Weihai Victor Arestov plays a key role in this process. His company is engaged in modernizing electric motors under licence issued by "Sovelmash" and implements the technology in vehicles. Thanks to Victor, the "Slavyanka" technology is becoming known in broad professional and business circles in China and other countries.
We have summed up the 2022 results and are sharing with you the main achievements of ASPP Weihai and Victor Arestov, which contributed to the development of our project.
"Slavyanka" based motors and vehicles: new developments and production
• China started producing DA-95S combined winding electric motors. This is a replacement for the previously produced DA-100S and DA-100SL motors. The new motor is slightly smaller and lighter than its predecessor, but with higher efficiency and speed.
• A new motor was developed based on the DA-95S combined winding motor. Its stator is almost 1.5 times shorter. Victor Arestov notes that the new motor outperforms its magnetic counterpart in efficiency, power, and speed, and is 50% cheaper.
• China started mass production of Denzel Liberty motorcycles with DA-95S electric motors for markets in different countries.
• The mass production of Cafe racer type electric motorcycles with the DA-95S motor started. Thanks to the advantages of the "Slavyanka" based motor, the electric motorcycle reaches a maximum speed of 110-120 km/h and can go 150 km without recharging - something that is necessary for motorcycles of this racing class.
• Together with one of the largest manufacturers of light aluminum boats in China, a new project was launched to produce "Slavyanka" based electric boats capable of operating on solar power alone, without recharging from the mains.
Technology promotion
• In China, under an international government program and with the participation of Victor Arestov, the training of engineers for servicing "Slavyanka" based equipment started. Engineers from different countries will also learn how to prepare kits for converting gasoline vehicles to electric vehicles by applying the combined winding technology. The training program will expand the network of future service centers around the world where the "Slavyanka" based equipment can be serviced.
• In 2022, Victor Arestov received several awards from the Chinese government at once, which emphasizes how highly they value the "Slavyanka" technology and are interested in applying it in the world's largest market:
• "Honorary Citizen of Weihai City" - for his contribution to the economic and social development of Weihai City;
• "Visiting professor at Weihai Vocational College" - for developing innovations in Weihai Province.
• winner of the "Weihai Friendship Award" - as a specialist who has mastered advanced technologies and participated in seminars, negotiations, and science and technology research.
Victor himself believes that any award of this kind is recognition of the value of our common project. And we totally agree with him!
