"Sovelmash": what has been done in early 2021

2021 will certainly be marked by the major construction project for "Duyunov's motors". What has been done for the "Sovelmash" D3333E construction since the beginning of 2021 and what other tasks have been implemented by the company? Let's sum up the interim results.

Significant changes have taken place on the territory of "Sovelmash" in "Technopolis "Moscow".

- Construction of the D3333E foundation has begun. An excavation pit has been dug at the site of the future development. B 7,5 concrete is used to pour the slabs on which the main "floors" of the foundation will be erected in the future. All the works are carried out in strict accordance with the project documentation and under the supervision of qualified specialists provided by the general contractor company "HAKA Moscow".

- The foundation has been laid for the complete outdoor transformer substation. It will be supplied with electricity from the technopolis, which will allow for an uninterrupted supply of electricity until the end of the construction. Currently, the construction workers get power supply from a generator.

- The metal structures that will form the building frame continue to be delivered. They are manufactured at the plant of our subcontractor Astron in Yaroslavl.

- The drainage system has been implemented, the meltwater drainage has been set up at the construction site.

- The work is underway aimed at creating a project well for connection to the central sewerage of the technopolis.

- Outdoor lighting has been installed, which will enable the construction workers to work at any time of the day.

The construction issues are handled not only directly on the site, but also on the leased territories of "Sovelmash" in Zelenograd. The planning and finance department checks the construction estimates and other documentation - this is a painstaking and important work necessary to monitor the construction progress by "Sovelmash".

Besides, the company has made progress in the following areas:

- the laboratory has been upgraded,
- premises for the new equipment that will arrive in April and form an automated line for production of small-scale motor batches have been almost fully prepared,
- our own original incremental encoder and a plant for producing it have been developed.
