How the angle grinders are tested

Recently we have posted a video demonstrating the cutting speed of two angle grinders (UShM): a standard one by "INTERSKOL" with a commutator motor and the same grinder by "INTERSKOL" with a replaced electric motor developed by "Sovelmash" by applying the combined winding "Slavyanka" technology.

In the new video, the head of the information and analytics department Alexander Sudarev will talk about the technology of testing angle grinders.
The angle grinders are tested on the test bench with the help of the hardware and software complex, some specially designed tooling is used, the UShM is connected to the small load machine with air cooling, special couplings are used, a strain gauge sensor is connected and then the information is transmitted to the measuring stand from where it goes to the computer screen through the software specially developed by the "Sovelmash" specialists.
