Week results in the project "Duyunov's motors"

Significant project events took place last week outside "SovElMash".

Boats with Duyunov's motors and solar panels were assessed by the Minister of Tourism and Sports of Thailand, who visited Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. This area is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Bangkok and traditionally both visitors and locals travel here by boat. Diesel engines installed on river transport pollute the environment and produce a lot of noise. The project on modernizing the existing boats by replacing the motor with an electric one powered by solar energy can solve these environmental issues and save a lot of fuel resources. That is why the authorities of Bangkok pay close attention to it.

ASPP Weihai equipped the Thai boats with DA-100SL and DA-112SL motors modernised using the combined winding technology "Slavyanka". Power for the motor is accumulated by a thin-film solar battery Solar Power Glory. The developers expect that the boat will be able to operate almost without recharging from the mains electricity, using only the solar power, which is more than enough in Thailand.

The success of solar Thai boats demonstrates the demand for the "Slavyanka" technology, at least in those areas where environmental friendliness and motor cost-efficiency are important.

The SEZ "Technopolis "Moscow" ranked second among the special economic zones of technology and innovation type in Russia in 2020. The assessment of technology parks was carried out by the Association of Clusters and Technology Parks (AKIT) together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation by efforts of independent experts. 30 different indicators were taken into account when compiling the investment attractiveness ranking.

It must be said that "Technopolis "Moscow" has been a top performer among the Russian SEZs for several years in a row and provides its residents with a number of significant preferences, including a free-trade zone and tax benefits.

Thus, the future design and engineering technology department of "SovElMash", which is already being constructed at the "Alabushevo" site of "Technopolis "Moscow", will start its activity in optimal conditions for innovative business development.
