"Sovelmash" D&E construction
• 10-kilovolt voltage was physically supplied to the switchgear of the design and engineering technology department from the "Technopolis "Moscow" substation.
• The interior finishing was underway on the upper floors of the "Sovelmash" D&E.
• The installation of the ventilation and cooling systems was completed.
• A noise shield was installed on the border of the "Sovelmash" site and the gardening cooperative. The shield has already been partially fitted on the foundation and supports.
• The final layers of asphalt were paved on part of the "Sovelmash" premises.
• An electronic turnstile was installed for pedestrians to enter the D&E premises.
• The sidewalk pavement surface destroyed by excavation was restored.
• The documents for obtaining the certificate of construction completion (CC) were prepared.
Dmitriy Duyunov reported that the company's accounts now hold the funding necessary to perform construction activities in accordance with the estimates. To get the certificate of construction completion, they need to be finalized and the inspection is to be carried out again. The deadline for obtaining the CC was June 30, but has been extended to December 31 this year. It gives a cushion of time to complete the paperwork and get the certificate.
