Results of the week in the project "Duyunov's motors"
13 March 2022
How did the construction of the "Sovelmash" design and engineering technology department progress last week?
• The builders were cladding the single-storey extension to the warehouse part of the building, installing windows and roofing, and closing the doorways.
• On the mezzanines of the second floor, the installation of the frames for the interwall partitions started.
• In order to gain access to the engineering utilities, the specialists blasted part of the ground.
• The first-level floor was being prepared for concrete pouring. The builders were installing the doors and windows, as well as the tent that separates the warehouse area from the production area, in order to achieve the optimal temperature for both the building and the ground before proceeding with the concrete construction work.
New stage in promoting the "Slavyanka" technology. China has begun mass production of DA-95S combined winding electric motors. This is a more efficient replacement for the previously produced DA-100S and DA-100SL motors. The new four-pole DA-95S is slightly smaller and lighter than its six-pole predecessor, but with higher efficiency and speed. This motor will be used in motorcycles with the speed of 110-120 km/h and in cars where the speed of 70-80 km/h is required.
Two more new modifications of motors based on the "Slavyanka" technology - DA-80S and DA-112S motors - are being prepared for mass production. All motors will be stress tested before they are sold, and now the independent tests of the prototype models are underway at the plant.
Meanwhile, the first kit with Duyunov's motor DA-90SM was shipped to Sri Lanka from the "STIIN" workshop. The kit includes: a combined winding motor made by ASPP Weihai, fan, controller, throttle knob, wiring and other components.
In Sri Lanka, the kit will be installed in a tricycle. It is the most popular vehicle in the country, used for both cargo and passenger transportation. Thanks to the energy-efficient motor and solar panels, the tricycles will be able to run without recharging from the power supply. Any vehicle owner can replace the internal combustion engine with an electric drive on their own. The mass use of these vehicles will make the air in the country cleaner and solve the problem of expensive fuel.
The project "Duyunov's motors" also benefits from the endeavors undertaken by ASPP Weihai and "STIIN". Thanks to them, the popularity and demand for the "Slavyanka" technology is growing worldwide.
We remind you that until March 31 inclusive, the project offers the opportunity to restore your installment plan. Hurry to take advantage of it! For more details of the offer, go to https://reg.solargroup.pro/en/user/promo/investor/vosstanovlenie-otmenyonnoi-rassrocki-10
