The construction stages of the future "SovElMash" enterprise

"SovElMash" has obtained the registration certificate of the SEZ resident. The work on preparing the agreement on leasing the lot in "Alabushevo" industrial part is actively underway.
The chief engineer of "SovElMash" Victor Zhuravlev told about what stages the construction of the engineering center will include.

1) Stage one which the company successfully completed is developing the preliminary project documentation.
This stage was needed to understand the conceptual part of the future engineering centre: the architecture, placement on the site, power supply, the main architectural town planning solutions.

2) Stage two - choosing the general contractor.
The general contractor was chosen by tender, it's the Czech joint stock company "Block". We are negotiating the text of the partnership agreement and in a few days we will sign the agreement. The general contractor's tasks include development and design of the investment project stage and specification documentation.
In order to provide the completion of general constructor's work in full scope, it's necessary to get the initial planning permit. This task is performed by a technical supervisor and we have chosen "Technopolis "Moscow" to be the technical supervisor. The agreement with the company is at the final stage of being signed.

3) The next stage is developing the design that will be completed by out general contractor - the company "Block". After that together with the technical supervisor we will submit the design documentation to the expert review company.

4) After getting the positive review of the Moscow expert review company we will get the construction permit and start land planning and construction of the engineering centre building by efforts of the general contractor.

5) After completing constructon and assembly works, providing full supply of the centre, installing all the required equipment and testing and commissioning, the centre will be expert reviewed by the governmental agencies to get the commissioning permit.
