Project investor and partner documents: why and how to order the hard copies

The option of ordering hard copies of the documents is available to the project investors and partners in the back office. It is not obligatory and has been introduced by us at the request of those investors for whom it is important to have the papers confirming the fact of investment. Since the service was introduced, more than 500 people have used it.

According to the investors who have already ordered hard copies of the documents, they did it because:
• "it's safer and more secure this way",
• "it is necessary to have hard copy duplicates of important electronic documents in case there is a technical malfunction or a website glitch",
• "they can be accessed at any time, it's convenient",

Paper documents have the same legal force as the electronic documents that you see in the back office. They are stamped by SOLARGROUP and signed by the General Director.

What documents are available to order as hard copies

1. Investment agreement. It is signed by the investor and SOLARGROUP LIMITED and is drawn up electronically immediately after registration in the back office. The document describes the procedure of investment, transfer, accounting and distribution of shares. The agreement is drawn up in two languages (Russian and English) and is the main document regulating the rights and obligations of the investor and the recipient of investments.

2. Schedules to the investment agreement.

• Personal certificates for actually paid shares. You can issue one certificate for all the shares received after repaying all installment plans and purchasing all the desired packages. Or you can issue several certificates, for example, after each payment. In this case, it will be impossible to combine the certificates into one.
• Electronic statement of all generated investor certificates. It contains the numbers and dates of certificates, the number of purchased shares in them, and the name of the certificate holder.
• Agreement to change investor's personal data. This is a document that specifies the investor's personal data, including passport details. It is drawn up after passing the verification procedure in the back office.
• Documents confirming adding funds to the account and transfers of funds. A separate order document is automatically generated for each payment.
• Schedule on the provision of additional services.

3. Partnership agreement. It is concluded between SOLARGROUP and a partner of the company. It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties.

4. A personal certificate indicating the partner status (for partners with the status of "Specialist" and higher).

• Select the documents whose hard copies you want to receive from the list.
• Enter the current delivery address. Carefully check the correctness of the specified data.
• Remember that this service is chargeable. Make sure you have enough money in your main account to pay for the service. The cost of production and delivery of documents depends on the country and city of your residence. It will be calculated automatically and displayed when forming a request. On average, the service costs between $15 and $50.
• Click "Submit a request". Funds to pay for the service will be debited from your main account. Your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. You can track the parcel using the track number that will be available to you in the back office, the "Documents" section - "Delivery".

The delivery is carried out by the Russian Post or a delivery company. The documents will be hand-delivered to you personally by a courier.
