Dmitriy Duyunov about the new agreements on the construction timeline for the "Sovelmash" D&E
On April 6, Dmitriy Duyunov reported new information on the "Expert Time" program. "Sovelmash" has received documents regulating penalties in the event of a failure to meet the deadlines for commissioning the design and engineering technology department.
The demands of the department are as follows: "Sovelmash" will be liable to pay a fine of 3 million roubles if the deadline is breached by six months.
We remind you that according to the previously announced business plan, the D&E is to be commissioned no later than September 30, 2023. Demolition of the building is not envisaged as a sanction.
In other words, "Sovelmash" has to complete the construction by the end of March 2024 and obtain a certificate of completion and an occupancy permit from the supervisory authorities in order to avoid the penalties.
Besides, there are penalties for violating the investment schedule for the company's operations, which "Sovelmash" is obliged to implement as a resident of the special economic zone.
