The range of motors by "SovElMash"

Testing the maximum starting torque in the electric motors was carried out on a load machine controlled by a Curtis frequency converter at 650 amperes of phase current. The measuring instruments recorded a high efficiency of the motor compliant with the data specified in the calculations. After all the tests at maximum rotations, the winding of the motors warmed up only to 40 degrees, despite the fact that they have no cooling.

The company "SovElMash" has developed a whole range of motors with different applications and dimensions. The main direction is general-purpose industrial motors that are used everywhere worldwide. And only the motors with "Slavyanka" by "SovElMash" demonstrate the IE4 energy efficiency class in the same dimensions that are used for class IE1 similar standard motors.

"SovElMash" developments also include:
- DAT-1006L drive motor, the first motor produced by the company,
- size 112 drive motor, much more powerful,
- size 80 drive motor, compact but providing the power of much larger traditional motors.

All of these motors have already been developed, the specialists of "SovElMash" are preparing documentation for them. Based on the documentation, the company's customers will be able to produce these motors independently. Besides, "SovElMash" is able to develop a customized induction motor with combined winding to meet the customer requirements: of any size, for any operating conditions.
