At the "Astron" plant: metal frames for "SovElMash" D&E department are produced here

"Astron buildings" is a subcontractor for the construction of the design and engineering technology department (D3333E), it is responsible for the manufacture and installation of metal structures, walls and floor slabs construction. The first Z-shaped frame structures have already been made from galvanized metal sheets at the Yaroslavl plant. As the company's representative explained, thanks to the ergonomic shape, the parts are very convenient to store, they take up less space during transportation,which is much more cost-effective.

The company "Astron" meets high standards of production. Each finished frame part has its own tag containing all the necessary information that will be needed at the installation stage. After the metal frame parts for the D3333E are manufactured, they will be delivered to Zelenograd, the "SovElMash" site in "Alabushevo", where "Astron" specialists will start installing the frame and other elements of the building.

Choosing the metal structures for the construction of D3333E is determined by a number of reasons:
- they meet the requirements for industrial premises,
- they are plant manufactured, which allows to maintain high accuracy of products,
- the installation is easy and quite fast.
In general, a metal frame is more economically viable than a reinforced concrete structure.

Its head office is located in Luxembourg, and the production site has been operating in Russia since 2009.
