Invest Breakfast in "Alabushevo" with the participation of "SovElMash"

On October 14, there was a meeting of the journalists, residents and representatives of the SEZ as well as real estate industry experts on the territory of the special economic zone "Technopolis "Moscow". The company "SovElMash" was represented by Alexander Sudarev. Watch a fragment of his speech in the video.

The participants of the business breakfast discussed the present and future of Zelenograd industrial site. The mass media representatives got acquainted with the infrastructure of "Alabushevo", residents and their reviews of the SEZ.

The invited experts exchanged opinions on the following issues:
- what production enterprises will benefit from being located in "Alabushevo",
- what is more profitable for an industrial enterprise - to build a project from scratch or rent ready-made premises,
- what trends exist in real estate and industrial construction?

To recap, the "Alabushevo" site is located on the territory of the country's capital, in Zelenograd, and is the largest and most promising of the five sites located in the special economic zone "Technopolis "Moscow". It covers an area of 142.7 hectares and has a modern infrastructure, and is a very attractive development concept for enterprises. Currently, 27 resident companies operate in "Alabushevo" that have invested 14.6 billion rubles and created 1,800 jobs. New production facilities are put into operation annually. Engineering infrastructure facilities, a customs checkpoint, and a fire station are also located on the site. Recently, the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin has approved an updated design plan for "Alabushevo" according to which it is planned to build 38 more projects for various purposes: industrial, utility, warehouse and administrative (including a hotel for the SEZ residents).
Transport accessibility and engineering infrastructure of the site will be improved.

It is planned to turn "Alabushevo" into the largest innovative city in Moscow where about 40 thousand jobs will have been created by 2030 and that will become a center of attraction for highly-trained professionals, investments and technologies.

All of this means that the "SovElMash" design and engineering technology department will operate in the optimal conditions for launching and developing a business. Such conditions and support of the Moscow Government are provided only to reliable enterprises that can produce innovative high-demand goods.
