Rain is not a problem: D&E construction continues

Despite the rain, the work - permissible given such weather conditions - is being carried out at the "Alabushevo" site.

In the absence of precipitation, the work on backfilling the pit with sand continues, the formation of new temporary roads needed for construction equipment is underway, the preparation of staircases is carried out. The work on casting concrete foundations is also underway.

There are still a lot of tasks to be tackled before the D3333E construction is completed, but much of the work has already been done, including the zero cycle.

Construction zero cycle includes a whole range of preparatory activities:
- installation of a protective fence;
- formation of foundation pits;
- preparation of sand cushions;
- concrete screed;
- waterproofing;
- construction of the foundation;
- laying of engineering lines and utility systems;
- backfilling.

This indicates that an essential and quite significant part of the work on the D3333E construction has already been done.

To celebrate the zero cycle completion, on May 25, 2021, a solemn ceremony of burying the "Sovelmash" time capsule was held on the territory of the SEZ "Technopolis "Moscow", site No. 16 where the design and engineering technology department is currently under construction.
