SovElMash: agreements with the general contractor and construction supervisor have been signed

On June 13, 2019 on the territory of the special economic zone "Technopolis "Moscow" (Alabushevo site) a milestone event in the project history took place.

The general contract for engineering and construction of the innovative center was signed by OOO "SovElMash" and BLOCK and the agreement on fulfilling the technical supervisor duties was signed by OOO "SovElMash" and AO "Technopolis "Moscow".

Signing the agreements was a ceremonious event with the presence of the deputy chief officer of the Moscow City Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Emil Petrosyan, sub-prefect of Zelenograd administrative district of Moscow Andrey Novozhilov and chief executive officer of the special economic zone "Technopolis "Moscow" Igor Ischenko.

Let us remind you, the company BLOCK has been providing the full package of services in engineering, production and creating investment and construction complexes with the most cutting-edge technologies (HIGH technology) and high environment quality (clean rooms) from 1991. The company also provides follow-up service and validation for such complexes in such areas as: medicine, pharmacy and biotechnologies, science and research, microelectronics, car making and other industries where clean room technologies are used.

"Technopolis "Moscow" will perform the following important functions of the technical supervisor:
⁃ presenting the best interests of the construction customer in supervisory, approving, notifying agencies and in governmental and local authorities,
⁃ maintenance of the initial permit design documentation (land plot development plan, general layout plan, requests for specifications to connect to external power suppy sources and more)
⁃ signing agreements for engineering, geological, geodetic, ecological surveying
⁃ development and maintenance of architectural city-planning objects,
⁃ early expert appraisal of design solutions,
⁃ technical maintenance of the Moscow state expert appraisal board.
Both companies have sealed their partnership with "SovElMash" by their signatures in the agreements and are practically ready to start the preliminary activities preceding the construction of the innovative centre as well as the construction itself.

The event was also attended by: Ales Otmar - trade economic secretary of the Embassy of the Czech Republic, Stefan Jelek - the representative of the Embassy of the Czech Republic on business development, Rudolf Litbarsky - chairman of the directors board in BLOCK (the Czech Republic), Chief commercial officer in AO "Astron" (the group of companies from Sweden).
This really important and significant moment in the life of the project "Duyunov's motors" was shared with the team members of "SovElMash" and Solargroup, part of the leading project partners.
One more step of the project development has been completed and we are launching on a new level getting closer to the main goal of the company.
