Hard copies of the investor's documents: what, where and how you can order

It has been about 3 months since the hard copies of the investor's documents became available for ordering in the back office. During this time, the documents have already been ordered by about 200 people, despite the fact that the electronic version has the full legal effect.

According to investors, they did this because:
“it's more reliable and safer this way”,
“you need to back up the important electronic documents with the hard copies in case there are some technical glitches or website malfunction”,
“you can access them at any time, it's convenient”,
“there is something to show when people ask about my participation in the project."

Let us remind you that the investor's rights are secured by the investment agreement and schedules to it. The project partners sign the partner agreement in the back office.

The investment agreement is entered into by the investor and SOLARGROUP LIMITED that is engaged in attracting investment in the project. It consists of 14 sections printed on 12 pages. The agreement is made in two languages (Russian and English) and is the main document regulating the rights and obligations of the investor and the recipient of investment, sealed by SOLARGROUP's stamp and signed by the company's head Sergey Semyonov. The document describes the investment procedure and the procedure for transferring, accounting and distributing shares. The agreement is drawn up in the electronic format immediately after registration in the back office.


The agreement has a number of Schedules:
- certificates for the actually paid shares;
- agreement to changing personal data;
- payment documents confirming account replenishment and money transfers (a separate order document is automatically generated for each payment).

Certificates for the paid shares are personalized, they indicate the number of shares that the investor actually paid for. They are drawn up in the back office after you pay for the investment package.

It is possible to issue one certificate for all the shares after the repayment of all the installments and purchasing all the desired packages. Or you can issue multiple certificates, for example, after each payment. However, it will not be possible to combine several certificates into one certificate later.

The agreement on changing personal data is an addendum to the main agreement. This is a document that specifies the investor's personal data including the passport details. It is drawn up after passing the verification procedure in the back office.

You can also get an electronic statement about all the issued investor's certificates with the seal and signature of the SOLARGROUP head in the back office. It specifies the numbers and dates of the certificates, the amount of documented shares in them, and the name of the certificate holder.

The partner agreement is an individual offer between SOLARGROUP LIMITED and the back office user, it is entered into in the electronic form after the user provides their consent.

The "Club-100" and "Club-1000" members receive the club membership certificate together with the package of papers.

Besides, the package of documents includes a thank-you letter with an individual promo code for participation in the "+5%" offer to ensure investing on favorable terms.

If you want to have the documents confirming your status of the investor on hand, order the document's delivery in the back office.
To do this, go to the "Documents" section - "Delivery", select the documents you want to receive and specify the address. The delivery is carried out at the expense of the investor by post or a delivery company. The cost is calculated automatically and displayed when generating the request.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, sending the documents to some countries can be temporarily complicated. In this case, the order request will be rejected, the paid delivery cost will be refunded, and you will be able to apply later.
