"Slavayanka" can appear at the plants of Thailand
The head of the company ASPP Weihai Victor Arestov is holding talks with the Thai enterprise. And this is the second plant in Thailand that is waiting for changing the motors to those made using the "Slavyanka" technology. The demand for Duyunov's technology is growing.
First of all, the reason is reliability and durability of the combined winding motors. According to Victor Arestov, the main pain in the neck for the enterprises is frequent breakdowns of cranes due to bearing seizure. This problem is caused mainly by very complicated operation of motors with alternating load and frequent overload which results in motor overheating. Together with the blocking of the motor shaft, its winding burns out too. As a result companies spend enormous amounts of money on repairing motors.
The overheat problem is common for high energy efficiency class motors too. Victor Arestov remembers his first experience of changing motors in Germany. The class IE4 motor installed on the food industry equipment used to overheat. It was changed to a combined winding motor that for the whole time of testing (over a year) operated without a single fault.
Enterprises are searching for ways of reducing expenses associated with motor repair. First of all, the company ASPP Weihai is trying to find plants that are in need of changing motors and thus, is offering them modernizing motors using the "Slavyanka" technology.
