The week results in the project "Duyunov's motors"

The most important news this week is the state registration of the land lease agreement for the land lot located at the site of SEZ "Technopolis "Moscow" and we congratulate all the participants of the project "Duyunov's motors" with it!

This event became a catalyst for the start of a whole range of consequential processes:
- the new schedules of activities, payments and funding are being approved, the previously shaped work plans are being amended;
- the question of changing the technical customer is being considered: "Technopolis "Moscow", previosuly chosen for this capacity, can withdraw the functions of a technical customer due to the latest changes in the regulatory and legal framework;
- a business meeting has been held with the representatives of contractor companies dealing with the innovative centre construction aimed at coordination of activities for the near future and for the next year, the protocol was completed.

Besides, the project team now has new regular tasks: - submitting a quarterly report to the SEZ management concerning the activities at the site;
- paying the land lease tax.

Currently it is being contemplated if the whole "SovElMash" site will be the customs zone of Russia or only a part of it whereas the rest will be an offshore zone. The decision in favour of the offshore zone can be made in case the main customers of "SovElMash" are foreign companies, not residents of Russia. Meanwhile, "SovElMash" will continue acting within the law on special economic zones.
This decision will help get maximum profit from those advantages that the law of Russia provides in terms of tax optimization, especially when doing business outside the customs zone of Russia.

At the moment, everything is ready to begin the activities at the site - in the near future we'll start clearing vegetation in the part of the territory for the construction, then - fencing off the construction site.
