Construction permit for "SovElMash" innovative centre obtained!

October 15 was an important day in the history of the project. The State Construction Supervision Committee of Moscow City issued a construction permit for the design and engineering technology department to the company "SovElMash". Our congratulations to all the investors on this landmark event! A new period in the project history begins and it will be directly related to the construction of the "SovElMash" innovative centre.

Let's remember what has been done in order to get the construction permit. The company's employees have put every effort into solving a number of challenging tasks.

1. The resident status of the SEZ "Technopolis "Moscow" was received
In February 2019, "SovElMash" signed an agreement confirming getting the resident status of the special economic zone. To make this possible, the company had spent a long time preparing the documentation and passed a very detailed inspection carried out by a special commission.

2. The project documentation was developed
During the second half of 2019, "SovElMash" together with the general contractor had been preparing and executing the project documentation and engineering survey results. At the very end of the year, several volumes of the documents were submitted for state examination.

3. The state examination was passed
To make this possible, it took careful work with the state agencies, elaborating and making corrections to comply with all the comments within almost a six-month time frame. The project was thoroughly checked for compliance with the rules of industrial and fire safety, as well as all other legislative standards applicable in the Russian Federation. The positive examintaion report of the Moscow State Expert Examination was received in May 2020.

4. The examination report issued by the commission of the Hygiene and Epidemiology Centre was obtained
The supervisory authorities made sure that the "SovElMash" project met all the sanitary and epidemiological standards and would not produce harmful emissions into the air and water.

5. The examination report issued by the Moscow Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning was obtained
The officials of the Moscow Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning confirmed that after passing the state examination, the project didn't introduce any changes to the color of facades, landscape architecture elements, lighting and other design elements of the innovative center.

6. The examination carried out by Rospotrebnadzor (the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing) was passed
It checked the installment of a protection zone for construction and operation. The commission established that the project met all the requirements and would not have a detrimental effect on the surrounding areas.

7. The new general contractor was announced for the construction project
The Russian company HAKA Moscow was assigned the general contractor. The company "Astron" became the subcontractor.

8. The construction permit was obtained
The project documentation had been undergoing the last inspection stage carried out by the supervisory authorities for 3 months. Meanwhile, the team of "SovElMash" continued then and keep working now in other directions too. The combined winding motors are being developed on the leased premises in Zelenograd, the tests and certification activities are being carried out. Besides, the methodology of working with the equipment is being worked out, the team of "SovElMash" design and engineering department is being shaped, and the employees are doing the required training. The miniature version of the future D3333E department has been created, which will significantly speed up its commissioning and execution of the first orders.
