The week results in the project "Duyunov's motors"

Proved in practice! Another work week in the project "Duyunov's motors" passed under this slogan.

The laboratory "SovElMash" daily provides new results when conducting control tests for the electric machines. This data proves in practice all those theoretical calculations that the team of Dmitiry Duyunov has been completing and accumulating for several years.

The tests of energy efficiency class IE1 motors produced in Russia and modernized using the "Slavyanka" technology were held. The tests demonstrated that the energy efficiency class IE4 and higher could be implemented in such motors.

The "SovElMash" engineers continue to study step by step how changing separate parameters affect the performance of re-designed motors and motors made by the company from scratch. It's necessary to conduct this work now in order to act more confidently with minimum time and resourses spent.

The laboratory testing of the original controller developed by "SovElMash" was completed. After that it was installed on the frame of the electric bicycle "Gran" that previously had been used for testing Duyunov's hub motor. The members of "SovElMash" team are waiting for proper weather conditions in order to start performance tests of the controller.

Forming the design and engineering documentation for size 90 motors with the rotation speed of 1000 revolutions per minute has started. These motors will have 3 powers (L, S, M) variable depending on the pack length, and their basic dimensions will correspond to the Russian size 90.

The company "SovElMash" is expanding its opportunities and ramping up the scope of work. That's why the work on expanding the staff is constantly underway too. Currently the new premises are being prepared for the information analytical department.

Meanwhile, the team of the company SOLARGROUP is working on preparing for the new events: international conferences dedicated to opening new representative offices of the project in different countries. Until the end of 2019 these events will have been held in three countries: India, Vietnam and Hungary. It's necessary to deal with the organizational issues, prepare and translate the materials into several languages to announce the project and present it well on an international level.
