Results of 2020 in the project "Duyunov's motors"

The year that without a shadow of doubt can be considered the most productive in the history of the project is about to end. Let's remember what events made it like that.

Start of "SovElMash" D3333E construction

The event that the project participants were really looking forward to! 2020 demonstrated how responsibly and professionally the company's employees approached the task of preparing the project documentation. Despite all the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic when all the new initiatives were threatened and many successful business projects failed, "SovElMash" accomplished the main goal of the year — to start construction of the design and engineering technology department. To do this, a number of important milestones have been reached in 2020:
- the state examination was passed including the checks in various state agencies - it took the entire first half of the year;
- a contract was signed with a new general contractor, the company "HAKA Moscow";
- On October 15, a construction permit was obtained — the most important document that gives the green light to full-fledged construction;
- a compensation agreement — a document that allows to clear vegetation interfering with the construction process.

As you can see, the main activity was carried out in the offices and was connected with preparing the documentation. However, a lot of tasks were completed on the site in the SEZ "Technopolis "Moscow" in the second half of the year:
- a modern construction camp providing comfortable conditions for work and recreation was built;
- the temporary utilities were connected: water and electricity supply, sewerage;
- the drainage system was set up to remove water that may interfere with the land and construction works;
- the temporary roads along which the equipment goes were built around the perimeter of the site.

Outside the construction site, the production of the metal building frame is in full swing at the plant of the subcontractor company Astron. Some of the finished parts have already been shipped to the construction site. The frame will be assembled as a Meccano set, without any additional fitting, using the bolt assembly technology.

Besides, the specialists of "SovElMash" have prepared most of the operational documentation the builders will go by, the planning and finance department is conducting a thorough adjustment of the estimate.

Unique developments with "Slavyanka"

In 2020, several developments have been created that have no rivals in the world.

In March, "SovElMash" accomplished what had been promised at the start of the project in 2017. It developed from scratch and produced a small batch of DAT-1006L traction motors using the "Slavyanka" technology. This is a unique product — the world's first combined winding motors, which means that they are the most efficient and reliable! They passed all the required tests in the laboratory of "SovElMash" and were delivered to the customers.

In China, Victor Arestov's company ASPP Weihai, together with Solar Power Glory, produced golf cars that run solely on solar power without recharging from the mains supply. The car is equipped with a DA-100SL motor modernized using the "Slavyanka" technology. Thanks to it, the golf car can start using only the power produced by the solar battery installed on the roof, and goes at a speed of 20-30 km/h during a day without recharging. According to the project partner Victor Arestov, he has never heard of such vehicles over the entire time of his work. The golf cars have already passed the European certification and are ready to conquer the world. The combined winding motors have been installed on plenty of other vehicles in 2020. For example, in Russia, the company "STIIN" modernized the "Muravey" ("Ant") tricycle, the electric dumper "Motomul", the drilling rig, various models of motorcycles — all the developments eventually demonstrated significantly greater power, cost efficiency and ease of operation as compared to the factory-made prototypes.

Expanding the project's geography

In 2020, SOLARGROUP opened national representative offices in 5 countries: Croatia, Senegal, Benin, Togo and Indonesia. Besides, the company opened a foreign office in Benin. Currently, 10,000 partners are engaged in informational promotion of the project around the world.
The strategy of the national representative offices that operate in 11 countries, coupled with the achievements of "SovElMash" has produced excellent results: the number of the project investors has increased by 50 % over the outgoing year.
In total, more than 33,000 people have invested in the project to date.
