"Cost effectiveness, efficiency, reliability" - co-organizer of Electroday 2020 about the "Slavyanka" technology
At Electroday 2020, the film crew of the project "Duyunov's motors" talked with the president of the Electric Transport and Renewable Energy Enthusiasts's Club, Aleksandr Seryozhenkin.
The co-organizer of the event noted that the second meeting of electric transport enthusiasts emphasized the competitive part in order to boost the interest of participants and demonstrate the performance features of different vehicles. The owners of unicycles, electric scooters and electric skateboards competed in the races, there were also test rides of electric bikes. The idea paid off, so the next event of this kind will be held in Sochi, on Formula 1 track. There will be even more vehicles including mass-produced autopilot electric vehicles which are the future of transport, according to Aleksandr Seryozhenkin.
Among motors, the future belongs to the cost effective and reliable ones — and combined winding motors have no rivals here. Aleksandr has been monitoring the development of the "Slavyanka" technology for several years: "I am happy that it has already proven itself in practical application having run so many kilometers in operation. I see motors that are much better than the ones we've been winding since the 70s. This is cost effectiveness, efficiency, reliability, because the more powerful a motor is, the more easily it copes with peak loads."
To recap, several vehicles with Duyunov's motors were presented at Electroday 2020:
- the electric motor sled, the motor dumper, the electric snowdog, the cargo tricycle and electric bike with a DA-90S motor modernized using the "Slavyanka" technology in ASPP Weihai;
- motorcycle with a DA-100S motor;
- motorcycle with a size-318 Duyunov's hub motor.
The project "Duyunov's motor" and the Electric Transport and Renewable Energy Enthusiasts's Club will continue to cooperate in the future. Aleksandr Seryozhenkin also shared his vision of the possible cooperation form. Watch the full interview with him.
