Major media outlets covered AERONOVA's participation at VIVA AVIA!
For the first time in 15 years, airships took part in the large-scale VIVA AVIA! air show. Our unmanned NOVA-01 airship not only made its public debut but also led the lighter-than-air program. For many Russian media outlets, the appearance of an airship in the sky was a genuine sensation.
We are sharing the first reports:
• The NSK 49 TV channel mentioned the participation of airships in the show in its report "Airships and vintage airplanes will take to the skies at the air show".
• The OTS TV channel published an interview with Fyodor Konstantinov and Gennady Babanin in a segment about the "VIVA AVIA!" festival.
• The newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda" posted a news story about the airship’s first flight, adding a photo of NOVA-01 in the sky.
• On the "Argumenty i Fakty" website, an article about AERONOVA's participation in the exhibition was published — also with a photo of our airship on the cover.
This is only a fraction of the outlets that could not overlook such a compelling news story. It is fair to say that today NOVA-01 woke up famous.
The team is now returning from the exhibition. Next comes assembly of the craft in the hangar. We will soon share the results and materials from "VIVA AVIA!". Stay tuned.
