Questions & Answers/ Why is the project "Duyunov's motors" NOT a Ponzi scheme?

It has been almost 3 years since the start of the project. The team is successfully completing the planned tasks:
- a land plot in the special economic zone "Technopolis "Moscow" has been obtained,
- the final preparatory stage for the innovative center construction is underway,
- "SovElMash" has released the first motors with "Slavyanka" developed in-house, which are currently the most efficient in the world,
- the amount of investment planned at the project start has been attracted, but the project continues to attract funds in order to fulfill the ultimate goal and build not only a design and engineering department on the territory of the innovative center, but also a small-scale production area.

However, there are still people who doubt the true goals of the project and consider it to be a Ponzi scheme.

The doubts are dispelled quite simply.
1. A Ponzi scheme does not produce a real product, but the project "Duyunov's motors" does.

2. The funds that are attracted by the partners go to the development of the project and the company "SovElMash". Later, the participants will be able to make a profit in dividends. A Ponzi scheme is created only for the sake of assumed enrichment, without any real benefit for people.

3. Each of the companies participating in the project - "SovElMash" and SOLARGROUP — performs its function. "SovElMash" is engaged in building the innovative center and developing motors. SOLARGROUP attracts funds for this by means of crowdinvesting and using a partner program. The project is similar to a large and complex mechanism in which the coordinated work of each component is important. In a Ponzi scheme, since no product is created, the activity of partners aimed at attracting new participants is not supported by anything, they are essentially selling "thin air".

Dmitriy Duyunov gives a more detailed explanation of why the project is not a Ponzi scheme.
