The specialists went to Mitino radio market searching for the parts necessary for setting, tuning up and repairing the bicycles used for testing a 318-size hub motor.

The specialists of Duyunov’s team finished the assembly of a device allowing to complete the winding of several sections simultaneously. Such tooling is very important since it minimizes manual work and cuts the costs almost 4,000 times!

Thanks to the winding machine the section winding procedure will take 12-15 seconds.

Subsequently, we will make templates allowing to change from one motor to another promptly for all motor types. Taking into consideration the key features of an engineering enterprise for making pilot batches, such an opportunity is exceptionally valuable!
