New features in the investor's back office

New features in the investor's back office

On February 11, we launched the updated back office to make using it more convenient and easy for the investors and partners of the project "Duyunov's motors". We wrote yesterday about the implemented updates /news/posts/novyi-dizain-licnogo-kabineta-investora-proekta-1162

However, the most significant changes are manifested in the absolutely new opportunities that have become available to the project investors! Specifically, these are the "double payment" and "early repayment" options.

We will tell you about them in more detail. With the examples of how investors benefit from using the options.

Double payment. This option applies only to purchasing new packages via instalments and can be used once as part of payments for the same package. It can be documented in the back office when choosing a payment method for the package. You make a payment simultaneously for the first two months while getting a bonus in the form of investment shares. You can see the credited shares in the back office immediately. The instalment plan will be rescheduled. Please note that the next payment after applying the double payment option is to be made in a month as a payment for the third month of the instalment plan.

In case of a double payment, the bonus shares will be calculated as 50% of the difference between the number of shares in the purchased package and the number of shares in the more profitable package closest to the purchased one in the discount table.

Let's exemplify.

1. The investor purchases a $500 package at stage 12 of the project via a 10-month instalment plan.
The number of shares in the package purchased in instalments is 97,500.
The number of shares in the package purchased via a single payment (the nearest more profitable package in the discount table) is 100,000.
The difference is 2,500 shares.
The bonuses are: 50% of 2,500, which is 1,250 shares.

2. The investor purchases a $5,000 package at stage 12 via a 30-month instalment plan.
The number of shares in the package purchased via a 30-month instalment plan is 1,290,000.
The number of shares in the package purchased via a 20-month instalment plan (the nearest more profitable package according to the discount table) is 1,305,000.
The difference is 15,000.
The bonuses are: 50% of 15,000, which is 7,500 shares.

Early repayment. This is an opportunity to pay for several months of the instalment plan ahead of the schedule, while receiving additional bonus shares. This option is only available for the packages that have already been partially paid in instalments. You can choose the number of months that you are ready to pay ahead of the schedule. IMPORTANT! After debiting an early payment for several months ahead, the payment schedule is recalculated in the direction of reducing the term, and the next payment is to be made exactly one month later. This option can be used several times when paying off one instalment.

The bonus shares in case of an early repayment will be calculated as follows. We calculate 40% of the difference between the number of shares in the purchased package and the number of shares in a more profitable package closest to the purchased one in the discount table. The resulting number is divided by the number of months left to pay in instalments (excluding the current month). This is a bonus per one month. The more months you pay ahead of the schedule, the greater the discount benefit will be.

Example.

The investor purchases a $500 package at stage 12 via a 10-month instalment plan, paying for the first month when purchasing. You can make the payment for 8 months ahead of the schedule, one more month is the current one, and the payment for it is not considered to be an early payment.
The number of shares in the package purchased in instalments is 97,500.
The number of shares in the package purchased via a single payment (the nearest more profitable package in the discount table) is 100,000.
The difference is 2,500 shares.
The bonus is: 40% of 2,500, which is 1,000 shares. We divide it by 8 months remaining until the repayment of the instalment plan, and get 125 bonus shares per each paid month.
If the investor decides to pay off the instalment plan for all the 8 months in one payment, they will receive 1,000 bonuses. If the investor pays off, for example, 4 months, they will receive 500 bonus shares.

Please note that you can use both options at the same time when purchasing a new package via an instalment plan. This will bring you the maximum benefit!

Another example of calculating the bonuses that illustrates the benefit of using both options simultaneously.

The investor purchases a $5,000 package at stage 12 via a 30-month instalment plan and uses the "double payment" option, i.e. pays off the first two months of the instalment plan. He wants to repay 10 months out of the 27 remaining ones ahead of the schedule.

The number of shares in the package purchased via a 30-month instalment plan is 1,290,000.
The number of shares in the package purchased via a 20-month instalment plan (the nearest more profitable package according to the discount table) is 1,305,000.
The difference is 15,000.
The bonuses for the "double payment" option are: 50% of 15,000, which is 7,500 shares.
The bonuses for the "early payment" option are: 40% of 15,000, which is 6,000 shares. We divide it by 27 (the number of the remaining months according to the instalment plan), and get 222.2 bonus shares per month. We multiply this figure by 10 and get 2,222 bonus shares.
Thus, using two options simultaneously, the investor will receive a bonus of 9,722 shares in total.

Currently, the number of bonuses is calculated "manually". However, our specialists are working on launching an automatic share calculation service for your convenience in the coming days. Before finalizing the available option, you can see the number of bonuses you will receive in the back office.

Take advantage of the new opportunities for the investors! Remember that early repayment of the instalment plan means that apart from getting the additional bonuses you also help complete the project funding faster.
