How successful developments are made in Duyunov's team: as exemplified by the plasma complex "Gorynych"

Making and implementing a new development into real life requires tackling a large amount of tasks and well-coordinated work of the company's team. The team of the project "Duyunov's motors" started forming long before its start. One of the first developments of the team is the multi-purpose portable plasma complex "Gorynych".

For making and implementing the development, the team had to go through several stages.

1 - development and testing the prototype model.

2 - launching the production at the company's capacities.

3 - selling the finished product.

Duyunov's team succeeded in creating a unit with a number of strong competitive advantages.
- Multi-purpose application: can be used for welding, cutting and brazing of not only metals but also other materials;
- Convenience: can be used domestically, easy to transport (the weight is a bit over 6 kg), doesn't require gas cylinders, powered from a regular socket.

A number of Russian patents have been issued for the unit - enough to ensure a good position for "Gorynych" on the market.
In the course of several years the unit was supplied to almost all world countries. "Gorynych" is being constantly enhanced and supplemented taking into account the customer feedback.

For example, "Gorynych" can be operated with part of the plasma gun immersed into water. Thanks to this, the developers were able to get such an exotic material as nanodiamond in the alcohol and water blends. And the method was patented.

This property of operating in water can also be used for one more very up-to-date goal: water composition analysis. The results of the first tests reassured the developers. They are planning batch production of the portable unit that can be very useful for household application, national economy and environment. The device is capable of registering water impurities with a much higher accuracy than the rivals on the market with a 2 to 3 times lower price.
