What the future innovative centre of "SovElMash" will be like

The principal engineer of "SovElMash" capital projects department Victor Zhuravlev tells about the building of the future innovative centre.

The design and engineering department will be located on the land lot № 16 of the "Alabushevo" site in the special economic zone "Technopolis "Moscow". The land lot area is a bit more than 2 hectare.

The main building will be divided into 2 parts - administration and amenity complex and production complex.
The adminstration and amenity complex will accomodate the management department, process engineers and design engineers, and the production complex will locate the main production area that is currently tentatively divided into the laser cutting and welding area, machining area, blank preparation area, casting shop, measurement and research laboratory. There is also the painting area and storage facilities.

Victor Zhuravlev showed the design project of the complexes and the already approved samples of materials for the building exterior.
He demonstrated the floor plan of the innovative centre, told what areas would be located inside and what tasks they would perform.

Apart from the production and administrative departments, the building will have a show room with the area over 100 square metres where in addition to the showpieces of equipment and motors there will be special area for holding presentations and meetings with the future customers and guests of "SovElMash".

The building will be equipped with a robotized access control point that any innovative enterprise is supposed to have: at the entry the visitors will be checked by a robot with the function of face and document recognition.

The design and engineering department building is planned to be commissioned in two years, and if we consider the long way that Dmitriy Duyunov, the project team, investors and partners have come for achieveing the main goal, two years doesn't seem to be such a long time.

Besides, the land lot lease agreement between "SovElMash" and "Technopolis "Moscow" has been registered in Rosreestr (The Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography). It means that the innovative centre construction will start in the near future.
