Week results in the project "Duyunov's motors"

The project "Duyunov's motors" is now at a stage where a small amount of news is backed by a large amount of complex, monotonous, but very significant work. The level of complexity for a number of tasks is only increasing.

Nevertheless, there have been events in the recent days that are worth noting.

"SovElMash" is working on a new size 100 drive motor. The motor is being fine-tuned to meet the standards of the industrial application and a condition in which it can be put into mass production. To do this, you need to go through a number of stages, such as: preparing the design and process flow documentation for the motor, collecting the performance characteristics, notably, using several prototypes of the motor to confirm stability of the parameters.

The company's engineers took another step forward. They developed technical solutions that meet the requirements for environmental protection of motors. There are standards that represent the level of motor protection and are expressed with alphanumeric characters. The "SovElMash" motors will correspond to the categories IP 55 and IP54.

90% of the work on installation of an autonomous earthing device has been completed. It is required to increase the stability of the power supply line and improve the accuracy of measurements in the laboratory. These activities are part of the preparation for upgrading the "SovElMash" laboratory.

In the video studio from which the program "Expert time" is broadcast, the installation of the acoustic coating has begun. Therefore, in the near future, the quality of the sound in the aired program will become even more professional! Acoustic insulation of the facilities is necessary not only for broadcasting programmes, but also for other important tasks of "SovElMash" which we will soon describe.

A number of work processes have now slowed down due to some external factors.
Thus, because of the ban for the Chinese residents to enter Russia, business meetings with the Chinese partners were canceled. The team of "SovElMash" are looking for other ways of interaction.

Apart from this, the "SovElMash" team continues to wait for the results of the state expert review aimed at checking the project documentation for the innovative center. 45 days of the statutory examination period will expire in the second half of March.

The development of the project "Duyunov's motors" on the international level is very active! Last week, it became known that in the beginning of spring, the conferences dedicated to the project will be held for the first time in a number of Latin American countries: Peru, Colombia and Mexico.
