Dialogue with the national partner | Birdi Gulshan Kumar
We continue the section "Dialogue with the national partner". The national partners of SOLARGROUP are outstanding individuals who represent our company in different world countries. Especially for the project participants, they share their life story, reveal the secrets of success and open insights about the prospects for the project development in different countries.
The hero of today's post is Birdi Gulshan Kumar, SOLARGROUP's national partner in India.
Birdi, tell us about yourself
I was born in India and moved to Italy in 1999 in pursuit of a better life. I started, like most emigrants, with a simple unskilled labour job, and could only say "Hello!" in Italian.
Then I got ill. I needed medicine, but at the pharmacy I couldn't explain what the problem was, and the hospital wouldn't accept me without documents. Then I realized that I just needed to learn Italian. I started watching local TV and movies, talking to Italians, and reading books. My new skills helped me qualify as a lathe operator in 2001, and then get a work permit and driver's license. I firmly believed in a better future, working as a lathe operator was not my ultimate dream, so I continued to study.
Back in India, I had had a job experience in the network business, and in Italy I got the opportunity to develop these skills, so I started attending various events.
I got married in 2007 and in 2009 my daughter was born. I was happy, but my income was not enough to provide for my family. I jumped at all the opportunities I saw: working in the insurance sector, in the field of investment in diamonds. Together with a partner, we started our own business, but then the crisis hit, and everything went wrong, not the way we had planned.
How did you come to SOLARGROUP?
In 2014, I had an accident that changed everything. Back at that time, I lost my job right after having bought a house, and could not figure out what to do next, how to earn money. One day my wife told me: "I think you have some experience of doing something online. Why don't you focus on that?" With these words, a new stage in my life began. I was on the right way again!
In 2017, my cooperation with a well-known investment project began, and in the same year I learned about the project "Duyunov's motors". After registering in the back office, I studied the technology and its potential and decided to grab this opportunity!
What are your responsibilities?
My task is informational promotion and supporting the participants of the project "Duyunov's motors" in India. I often hold offline and online events where I talk about the project, as well as about the opportunities that SOLARGROUP's partner program offers. I actively use social media: Facebook, Whatsapp, Youtube.
I develop my business by creating a successful team of like-minded people. Strong and highly motivated partners help us get closer to the project implementation. I am doing this in order to support people in difficult financial situations and give them a chance for a well-off future.
How can you become a successful partner?
I owe my success to my team that believes in me and provides all-round support.
If you want to succeed, remember that you need to create a strong team. To do this, it is not enough to send referral links and publications in social media. You should always be close to your people and see where they are having difficulties. I help many people financially and encourage them in every possible way, so some members of my team have become very successful and now earn good money not only in India, but also in Latin America.
To become a successful partner, you need to have a lot of patience, creativity, passion and calm. For me, these are the main qualities.
I try to be as accessible as possible for my team and other project participants. If I can, I try to help anyone.
What advice would you give to the beginner partners?
For beginners, I recommend that you start by creating your own personal website, learn how to hold webinars, use Youtube and constantly increase your activity.
I am saying this one more time: it is not enough to register new partners! Support them even if you are far away, use any way to communicate remotely, teach them how to make the first steps, provide materials for in-depth study of the project, and invite them to webinars. I consider this method of shaping a team to be the most efficient.
Learn and master new tools, maintain confidence in your abilities, move towards the future of your dreams and do not leave a single chance to doubts and bad mood!
I have succeeded, and believe me, you will succeed too. Dream on and everything will come true!
How do you see the future of the project "Duyunov's motors" and SOLARGROUP?
The main value of the project for India and the people in my team is the opportunity to protect the planet by stopping global pollution, and to shape a source of passive income in order to achieve financial independence.
I have not met another project that would allow us to achieve both of these goals simultaneously: global and personal.
This is the reason I won't stop! Every day I continue to move forward, plan trips to other countries, create new leaders and help people. I have big plans in SOLARGROUP!
In conclusion, I would like to thank SOLARGROUP's team for believing in me. Thank you for your support and accessibility!
