July 30 in the project: registration of the land lease agreement

Exactly a year ago, an important event took place in the project "Duyunov's motors". The land lease agreement between OOO "SovElMash" and "Technopolis "Moscow" was officially registered. To recap, "SovElMash" got a land plot number 16 on the "Alabushevo" site from the government of Moscow for building the innovative center there aimed at developing motors with the combined winding "Slavyanka".

Getting the land plot in "Technopolis "Moscow" was important for the company, as it would allow the future enterprise to operate in favorable tax and financial environment. Besides, the territory of the special economic zone is equipped with the infrastructure necessary for construction and further activities.

After the lease agreement registration, in August 2019, the land plot preparation began: a fence was installed, trees and bushes were partially removed.
Then the work was suspended until the construction permit was obtained, and all the efforts of the "SovElMash" team were put into ensuring that the project documentation successfully passed the state examination and other checks.

The land lease agreement was entered into at stage 10 in the project funding. Now stage 13 is near completion, at this stage the construction equipment has been brought back to the site where it's used for building the construction camp. The long-awaited construction is in the near future. But we should not forget that this became possible due to the fact that Duyunov's team had successfully passed all the preparatory stages. And also thanks to the project investors.
