A historic event for the project! On September 17, Sovelmash received the CCR — the conclusion confirming that the constructed facility complies with the design documentation. Obtaining this pivotal document means the construction stage of DETB Sovelmash has been fully completed. The next step is to obtain the commissioning permit. You can view the document here.
In parallel, work continued on installing and commissioning new equipment.
• New presses of various capacities and performance ratings were delivered for the casting section.
• The machine for producing foam packaging was set in place in its designated location.
• Drying cabinets were installed, where the varnish on the windings cures to the required condition.
• Laboratory tests were carried out on motors with a 30 mm stack and built-in motors of size 90.
• The first trial motor shaft blanks were produced. They require adjustments, and the company's specialists will fine-tune the equipment accordingly.
