Weekly update on the Duyunov Motors project
We are sharing last week’s achievements and results.
Sovelmash is already delivering its first products to customers and preparing to fulfill large orders.
The state cadastral valuation has been obtained for Sovelmash’s DETB building and the engineering infrastructure.
The final cadastral value amounts to RUB 549,702,631.06, of which:
- RUB 525,654,746.57 — the value of the DETB building with an area of 14,408.10 m²,
- RUB 24,047,884.49 — the value of eight linear facilities — the water supply system, stormwater and sanitary sewer systems, outdoor lighting, external power supply networks, telecommunications ducting, the heating network, and the chilled-water pipeline.
The valuation of the project’s tangible and intangible assets will be carried out separately. The company has already selected an appraiser; the contract details are currently being finalized.
