The lease agreement for the land lot in Alabushevo has been registered in the State Register.

The long-awaited news: the land lease agreement for the construction of an innovative centre in Alabushevo has been officially registered!

The land lease agreement between "SovElMash" and "Technopolis "Moscow" has been officially registered in Rosreestr (The Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography). You can check this at the service website - https://rosreestr.ru/site/
It means that the main red tape roadblocks have been sucessfully overcome and the project "Duyunov's motors" can start the activities aimed at construction of the future engineering centre on the territory of the special economic zone "Technopolis "Moscow".

As a recap, February 15, 2019 within the framework of the Russian investment forum in Sochi, a milestone event for the project took place - signing the agreement between OOO "SovElMash" and SEZ "Technopolis "Moscow" according to which our company has officially become the resident of the special economic zone. Together with this honourable status "SovElMash" got the opportunity to start the construction of the future design and engineering enterprise and conduct further design and engineering activities under favourable tax, financial and high-tech conditions.

In one of the project videos released in March (to watch it on our official channel follow the link - https://youtu.be/Aj87zfpujfM) "SovElMash" principal engineer Victor Zhuravlev told what stages the company is to complete to construct the innovative centre:

1) Developing the pre-design documentation for the future project: architecture, location on the site, power system, the main architectural urban planning solutions.
2) Choosing the general contractor. June 13, 2019 in Zelenograd, the general contractor agreement for design and construction of the innovative design and engineering department was signed between OOO "SovElMash" and BLOCK (the Czech Rebublic) and the agreement for fulfilling the duties of technical supervisor was signed between OOO "SovElMash" and SEZ "Technopolis" that represents our company in supervisory, regulatory, notifying authorities and provides the completion of all accompanying activities.
3) Developing the design the general contractor is responsible for.
4) State registration of the lease agreement and getting the permit for the innovative centre construction. Conducting preliminary activities. The start of construction.
5) Completing the construction and assembly works, installing the equipment and conducting pre-commissioning activities. The audit performed by the state bodies to get the commissioning permit for the centre.
