New equipment and processes at DETB «Sovelmash»
In the first days of February, the design and engineering technology bureau Sovelmash (DETB) expanded its machine tool inventory and put several new manufacturing processes into operation.
In the photo you can see the results of daily work at the DETB and how the enterprise is improving.
1 — a prototype harmonic drive gearbox for embedded motors. Based on this gearbox, electric drives for ground unmanned vehicles will be manufactured.
2 — a “swing” rig for tuning and testing flight controllers with standard drives.
3 — a sprue trimming press has been assembled and installed at its workstation.
4 — tooling for the sprue trimming press, already mounted on the press.
5 — rotor segments of a frame size 305 electric motor for the Motylek drone, produced using the recently delivered die.
6 — another set of rotors in progress.
